Video: Grethe and Jörgen Ingmann - Dansevisen

This beautiful song won the Eurovision Song Contest in 1963. It was performed by the couple Grethe & Jorgen Ingmann. The music was composed by Otto Francker and the lyrics was written by Sejr Volmer-Sörensen.
Jörgen turned 80 this April..

I consider it as the best Eurovision song (along with Mrs. Gall, of course ;))

I agree that this was one of the best Eurovision winners with Jorgens' guitar adding a lot to a great vocal from Grethe (who sadly died far too young)and i think the English version of it(I Loved You) sounded even better.
A very good posting.

Hi
Unfortunately i don't have the tracks, i have only heard the English version of Dansevise on vinyl.
I only have the original version and an instrumental version by The Cousins.
